Working process

Prepare:

1. install the vacuum mixer machine at factory

2. connect the electric wires

3. connect the water inlet pipe and outlet pipe

4. fill water into the jacket

5. to check the direction of the vacuum motor, the homogenize motor are clockwise or not when you turn on the machine. the homogenize has the mechanical seal so it can not work without product.

6. if the vacuum pump is water type, must connect the cooling water for the vacuum pump, otherwise it is broken, if it is dry vacuum pump, no need connect the cooling water inlet .

7. to check all the valves, meters, heater are work under good condition or not

8. to check the temperature is correct or not

9. the pressure inside tank not more than 1 bar.

10. Test the machine step by step, slowly and slowly

Operation:

1. fill raw material into the oil water and water tank,

The material which is dissolved into oil, then fill into oil tank,

The material which is dissolved into water, then fill into the water tank

2. Heat the water tank and oil tank, mix the raw material

After complete mix

3. Turn on the vacuum pump, suck the raw material from oil tank and water tank to main pot , then turn on the mixing and homogenize according to your program.

after finish the product , can discharge the finished product from the bottom by gravity or by transfer pump or by compressed air, or you can pour out by hand wheel. If you have vacuum inside tank, you can release the vacuum first by filter.
